Your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. (About 5~15 working days after your return is received and inspected. )




RETURNS POLICY


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note, usually you would have to pay for the return shipping cost unless the return meets one of the following verified reasons:


-Received the wrong product


-Item was damaged in transit


-Item is defective.




*Please DO NOT return the package without applying for a return address or. All packages returned without application will be destroyed, and we can not refund you the money.




*After we receive and check it, we would refund you in usually 5~15 working days. We need to check the packages, restock the items in good condition, and so on. It may take a certain time, especially in rush hours.


If we could not find the returned packages and your tracking numbers show the packages have been delivered, we promise to refund in 5 working days.





RETURN FLOW PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A partial refund will be applied if the item has missing parts.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way.


FRAGILE GOODS

Since the fragile goods are easy to be broken during transportation, we need to charge 15% of the restocking fees if the return was caused by customer reasons.
